About me

Marie-Odile Jélinek : My experience in teaching, and particularly, Country & Line Dance spans over 25 years.

Irish Folklore, because of my roots, holds so much space in my classes.
For me, Country Dance symbolizes freedom of expression, spontaneity, the joy of living in a friendly atmosphere, sharing and welcoming many dancers today.

There is no limit to learning while remaining humble, just the desire to want to interpret.

As far as health is concerned, there is nothing more to prove, because this extraordinary physical & sporting activity develops: mobility, memory, self-confidence.

This creates  harmony between body & mind, stimulates heart rate, brain, also develops muscle tone.

This activity allows very beautiful encounters between dancers and develops social and friendly relations.
